1.Sprint positioning and alignment session

We’ll spend 2hrs together defining your objectives and working on your elevator pitch as part of defining your positioning as a brand.

2.Leadership alignment and positioning workshop

A 2-6hr workshop, we’ll go as deep as you like into the brands objectives, it’s why/purpose and dig into the positioning of the brand.

The intention of this session is to get to a point of alignment amongst the c-suite, to ensure the outcomes can be actioned quickly and effectively.

3.Full positioning strategy (incl. leadership session)

A 2-3 week process, we will work together on understanding your brand context, the market landscape it sits within, it’s audience and what makes it unique, before going into an alignment and positioning session.

There is an option to work with me on an ongoing basis for check-ins, and ensuring the positioning is followed through the brand.
